My biggest regret as a Mom is not having maternity portraits taken when I was pregnant with my first baby. I was tired, I was sore, and I felt anything but sexy. Looking back now I truly wish that I had captured that time in my life and celebrated the incredible journey my body was going through, because creating new life is no small feat.

More importantly, I wish I had those photos to show my daughter when she's grown... what an incredible gift it is for our children to see confident, glowing photos of you, their mother, as they were resting comfortably below your heart.

Glam Maternity Sessions

A one of a kind portrait experience designed to celebrate the goddess you are

What an honor and a privilege it is to be able to participate in creation. Your body is doing amazing things right now, and that is something that deserves to be celebrated!

Glam maternity sessions are different than what you typically see in our area because they take place in a studio setting and focus entirely on YOU. Beautiful, magnificent you. You're welcome to bring an outfit from home or choose something from my client closet that includes a variety of professionally sourced maternity gowns, fabrics and accessories. Your partner is, of course, welcome to join in for a few poses as well.

We'll discuss colors and styling prior to your session so that on the big day all you have to do is show up, dress up and look amazing!

1. Booking & Styling

Your contract and session fee are required to reserve your session date and time. Next we'll talk about colors, gowns, and possible art products so that I can style your photo session to fit those pieces.

2. Session Day

This is your day to shine! Bring a friend as your hype person and let's get this party started! For studio sessions, all of your sets will be fully prepared and gowns will be steamed before you arrive. If you've chosen a beach session you will have received directions on where to meet me for your session.

3. Image Reveal & Ordering

It's time for the big reveal! You will return to the studio in a few days for a presentation of your portraits. Here you will make the final purchase decisions on your art pieces and digital images.

Maternity Session Pricing

A Studio Maternity Session
• Pre-session consultation & gown try-on
• Up to 90 minutes of studio time
• Mom & partner only (no children)
• 3-4 looks, access to studio wardrobe

OR a Beach Maternity Session
• Session takes place 45 minutes before sunset or 20 minutes before sunrise
• Up to 2 outfits, family photos included

• Personalized session planning
• A private image reveal & ordering appointment
• $300 credit towards your order
• Book with a newborn session and receive an additional $100 credit towards your newborn order.

Frequently Asked Questions

• How soon should we book?
Because I take such a limited number of due dates each month I recommend booking early in your second trimester.

• When is the best time for maternity portraits?
Sessions are best done between 28-34 weeks. First time Moms tend to "pop" a little later so I recommend waiting until around 30-32 weeks. We'll also want to take the time of year into account with timing for outdoor sessions, as the summer months can get very hot and we don't want Mom to overheat or swell by pushing the session too late into the pregnancy.

• Can my family join in the session?
Studio sessions are for Mom & her partner only, and include full access to my client closet.

Beach sessions are the best option for family images. While the majority of the session is focused on capturing the Mom-to-be and her beautiful baby bump, we will also be sure to include a few portraits with your partner and children.

• Do you retouch the images?
All purchased images are edited for color, lighting and quality. Studio sessions are glamor edits, which means they will receive extra retouching and some artistic enhancements. Outdoor sessions receive minimal retouching, background cleanup and body shaping.
