This website is owned and operated by Crystal Lee Photography, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store and outline your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other written policies displayed on this site.
2. Payments & Accepted Methods
Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all online orders. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers integrated with our WooCommerce storefront.
Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards, digital wallets, PayPal, and other payment options made available at checkout, including WooPayments (WooPay) powered by Stripe, Stripe, or PayPal.
Gift cards or store credits may be accepted where supported. Available payment methods may change without notice.
3. Taxes
Sales tax is collected on all applicable purchases made within the state of South Carolina. Buyers are responsible for any other local taxes or fees required in their area.
4. Shipping & Pickup
At this time, many items are available for pickup only from our studio location in Murrells Inlet, SC. You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.
If shipping is offered, costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed prior to payment. Crystal Lee Photography, LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by shipping carriers once the order has left our possession.
Some products are designated as pickup-only and require in-studio pickup for the entire order. When an order contains a pickup-only item, shipping options will not be available at checkout.
5. Returns, Exchanges, & Damaged Items
We want you to love your purchase.
Store Items: If an item purchased from our retail collection arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery to arrange an exchange or refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom, Made-to-Order, and Photo Products: Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.
Digital Products: All digital goods and downloads are non-refundable once delivered, due to their electronic format. This includes digital downloads, digital gift cards, and any electronically delivered content.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Gift cards, registry contributions, and registry purchases are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
6. Photography Services
Photography session retainers and fees are governed by separate written agreements that clients must sign prior to their session.
Retainers are non-refundable, and balances are due according to the terms outlined in each client’s signed contract. These Terms & Conditions apply only to purchases made through the online store and do not replace or modify the terms of a signed photography agreement.
Payments made through third-party booking or client management platforms are processed according to the terms and payment policies of those platforms.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards or store credits purchased through our website may be redeemed online or in-studio toward eligible photography services, digital products, printed art, or retail merchandise, subject to availability.
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, past invoices, or other gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift card balances do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
8. Gift Registries
Customers may create or participate in gift registries through our website. Registry items and contributions are subject to product availability and these Terms & Conditions.
Purchases made through a gift registry are final and non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items as outlined above. We are not responsible for duplicate purchases, changes in registry preferences, or items purchased outside of the registry system.
Registry owners are responsible for managing their registry settings, privacy options, and item selections.
9. Product Descriptions & Availability
We strive to ensure that all product information, pricing, and images are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or cancel orders if necessary. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, logos, and digital materials displayed on this website are the property of Crystal Lee Photography, LLC or their respective creators. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Lee Photography, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, purchase of goods, or participation in services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the item or service in question.
